Would have been 5 stars but as ordering from U.K. found it a bit more challening

Processing and shipping were fast. Our clients loved the pictures. Were we however charged an international fee from our bank since Canvas Factory's bank is in Australia, so you may want to check with your bank first.

As expected per my low quality cell photo.

Shipping took too long. Image quality exceeded expectations. Overall quality of product was very good. Would order again if shipping time can be tolerated

The print was great, and I got it just in time for the birthday celebration. My only observation is the canvas type itself is a little fibrous, could be smoother.

I'm pleased with my purchase. It came soon and was a nice quality. The only reason I took a star off is because I had to touch up the edges. The color was chipped off in some places where it was folded around the frame. It was minimal and I could color it in with a marker.

I hesitated to give you 4 stars. Only because when I looked at the Font Size that was actually printed it was way to big and overpowered the picture. Being my first time I would have thought that you had a quality assurance team or something thing that would have called and said they they would recommend decreasing the font.

In my opinion, the colors were off in several pics - looked a bit orange. However, my daughter (whose gift it was, and who took the pics) thought it looked fine and didn't want me to worry about having them redone. When I inquired about it with the company, they responded very quickly and seemed willing to help me with the issue, if I sent them a picture of the picture. I dropped it, since my daughter was happy, but was glad to see their responsiveness. Was a very good value for a last minute Christmas gift, that arrived on time, as promised.
