Canvas FactoryReviews of canvasfactory.com

Product came out well. One corner of the canvas wasn’t tight but it was adequate. Biggest issue was it did not come from US but instead China which took FOREVER. I specifically looked for company based in US.

Had a photo printed on metal. The finished product is very good. The reason for three stars is because I placed my order December 9th. I requested the professional review. By December 21st I had not received any update. I reached out to Canvas Factory for a tracking number or cancellation. I was told it couldn't be canceled because it shipped on the 19th, but FedEx didn't receive tracking info until December 23 and it was being shipped from China. It didn't arrive until December 31st. Very disappointing experience.

Print was good but the frame is bent and it won't sit flat on a wall. Trying to bend it out.

The only bad comment relates to time between ordering the product and when delivered. It took close to a month. Scott

The overall product is of good quality and clarity for the size (over 80# wide) 5 pc. Canvas. I was slightly disappointed in the depth of the image compared to the preview as well as the original shot as it was a very high resolution file. The part that bothered me more than anything is that one of the 16X12" tiles was either installed correctly to the canvas or the installer forgot to install a revited on hanging tab. The tab that was installed (of 2) was on the bottom side of the photo. All the others had 4 installed or 2 installed correctly. This was a serious annoyance as the backing was rather light and trying to use hook and loop or 3M command strips would not work due to the flex in the material. I ended up just notching the back panel of the canvas to slip a nail head through. I am a pretty crafty individual, but without going to the store (an hour away) and getting a hanger bracket and hot glue gun I didn't really see any other way to make this work. That being stated for the money I was disappointed with the quality control that would have fixed this slight issue. I am overall very happy with the product and its format in my office as is everyone else that walks in or by.

The purchased item, when we received it was as expected. However, we were not aware that it was coming from China and would take as long as it did to arrive. The tracking app we were given and told to allow 24 hours before it would be initiated didn't work for four days. Learning these thing belatedly caused us to begin to wonder if we'd been scammed. Thankfully it eventually worked out but it could have been a better experience without the angst. It would have been better to know up front that it was going to take the 21 days it took to be delivered.

The quality of the canvases was pretty poor. The corners were folded out and it required me personally modifying them before hanging them. The prints were good and the shipping was solid though. Thank you!

Excellent product!! Hassle purchasing since the company is in Australia, I had to go thru hoops to get the transaction completed. I attempted to pay thru the US site and was advised it could not be done. I will not be ordering again unless can order thru the US site. :(
