I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with my recent purchase from Canvas Factory that I created an account just to write a review so that more potential customers make their decision to go with this company. There were several bad reviews on Trustpilot regarding poor delivery packaging resulting in crushed frames, or long delays in delivery (due to Christmas peak period), all of which I understand are not applicable anymore since they've moved production to Australia and I'm not ordering during the peak period. I wasn't expecting much, however, I was pleasantly surprised by their responsive customer support, timely updates informing me of where my prints were at the moment, and it took me only 12 days (I live in Singapore) to receive my prints after ordering them! The quality of the prints and frames were amazing as well. I can't say much about the pro designer services because I opted out of those, but otherwise I'm very impressed with every aspect of my experience with Canvas Factory. The prices are reasonable and you're paying for great stuff. Will definitely order more from them in future!

It was beautiful!!!! Didn't know that it was being sent from Australia, so it took longer than i though, but once i opened my three panel canvas pictures, i was left so happy! Thank you! Many other places kept saying that the pixels weren't "good enough" for the size i wanted, but this place had no problem at all with that and you can never tell! In love and willing to wait months again for the same results! THANK YOU!!!!

We ordered several pictures on canvas. Every size was perfect. We are very happy with the quality. All canvas frames were packed securely and ready to hang out of the box.The cost can't be beat. Thank you!
