I ordered hornwort from this seller. The plants arrived with a strong, unpleasant smell. After planting, they shed needles constantly. The tank clouded, and my filter clogged daily from the debris.I soaked and rinsed the plants thoroughly before adding them. Even after that, I found a large aquatic insect in the hornwort.The shedding continued for weeks after the plants were in the tank. Cleanup was difficult, and water clarity suffered.I would not buy hornwort from this seller again. Look for a grower with cleaner plants and less needle drop.

Nothing but dead plants. Do yourself a favor and never buy anything from these people.

The plants i received where small in comparison to other vendors. I didn't order duckweed but one of the plants was contaminated with duckweed. The duckweed eventually starved the other plants of nutrient and a complete tare down and start over was necessary. There are many other aquatic plant providers that will send you only what you request and a much better quality.

Recieved order DOA, $62 in plants when contacted as requested also submitted video of plants with sealed bags. Non existant customer service, 3 emails 2 phone calls with messages left, no reply.... Paypal issued a refund to me.... Stay away from this company.

Items arrived dead

I did not receive even close to 4 ounces of American Frogbit. I received 0.35 of plant materiel. 0.35 including the baggie vs 4.00 I was led to believe I would receive.On top of that I suspect they sent Amazon Frogbit. Big difference as the Amazon Frogbit will not survive winter.

I ordered three items from Canton Aquatics. They said it was buy2 get 1 free. When I received the order the the third item was the wrong item, not what I ordered and not something I could use. After six emails asking them to send me the Flame Moss that I ordered, they said that because the third item was the free item they had no responsibility to send me what I had ordered. They said that if I wanted to item I had ordered I would have to order and pay for it again. Watch out for these guys. They ship what they want, not what you ordered and when asked to correct thei mistake they tell you have to pay again for what you had already paid for.

Only received 2/3 of my order and what came to me was infested with snail and semi brown. Emailed them within there 2 hour time frame and its been several days with no response. Should have read the review here before ordering. Stay away from this Company.
