This Tool has allot of good features that filled our needs as an institution. Search drill down on keywords and Tags. Full resolution previews w/o having to download. Easy User interface. Easy Administration. Public Facing portals. Easy sharing to outside parties. Cons: Single Sign On reduces functionality. Support some what snarky.

Canto is great and very easy to use. It's super easy to figure out but they also give you very thorough training. The search function is super good. One problem we are currently having is limited download permissions on certain file types. However, Canto is supposed to be working with us on a new feature or workaround.

It works exceptionally well, especially once it's set up. Organization can be a little difficult, but overall it's a valuable tool that has made our lives here a lot easier. Would recommend.

Canto has been a great asset for us. We implemented a year ago and have been populating it little by little in order to capture all the necessary metadata. Overall it is a great database solution, especially at the price point. The competition was more expensive. I like the customization features and the clean layout. There are a few things that would be nice to have preference settings for in order to fine tune it, but in general those are very few. The time savings for me personally are huge, and the convenience for the rest of the company to have a searchable database is excellent
