We are just getting started with Canto but LOVE it! We have over 15,000 assets uploaded to our system to-date and have only been using the product since March 1, 2020. Every day we are learning some new functions of Canto and how to better organize and tag our assets to make magic happen! Canto is worth the cost and I'm excited to keep exploring all the functions it has to offer to us and our clients! I love Canto's Facial recognition feature! We have a lot of assets where we need to identify people and facial recognition has changed everything! now we can search for people by name and access every photo asset we have of that person! Game changer! I also love being able to relate files and add custom fields to assets. This has come in so handy when we need to connect people's images to their stories and FOIP information. Canto has really helped us work smarter and not harder to find all of the assets we have in a more dynamic way! We have found the uploading of assets to be a little more work than anticipated. The Canto Connect desktop application is helpful but when initially setting up out canto product it is a lot of work. When you have over 20,000 assets to upload it takes a team of people to make that happen and a good amount of time to get everything uploaded.

This was our first DAM solution & I love it! One star short because the image re-sizing feature didn't work as expected. Not sure if this has been fixed.

Generally, I am very happy with the way Canto works and how we have been able to organize our photos, videos and other documents on the platform. It's very easy to navigate and make content available to others. Additionally, the help service is outstanding and I get a helpful and polite response usually within 20 minutes of making a request. The one feature I'm missing is being able to add assets to a collection that I've already shared a link of.

Canto is a powerful, robust digital asset management tool that allows our company of 1000+ individuals to seamlessly work together to share, create and organize brand content. Without this tool, we would never be as organized and efficient as we are. I have used this tool personally for almost two years now and I would highly suggest this product if you're in search of a DAM.

Canto was not the most powerful, technically advanced, or the most feature-rich, but for someone starting out in using a DAM for the first time it's a brilliant solution - has a very strong feature set for first timers, a very intuitive and easy-to-use interface, some very powerful technical integrations, responsive support, excellent tagging / sharing / user management capabilities... but the real killer are 1) how fast and easy it is to get set up and running, and a very competitive (and customizable) price tag for the level of features offered. Add a robust product roadmap and evolving capabilities and very scalable expansion options once you're up and running, I would highly recommend this.

Canto is a strong option for a marketing team's DAM, built on client feedback and with ongoing improvements. The customer service has been excellent, and the Canto team is fantastic to work with. The software itself allows for a large amount of customization and is relatively simple for the end user.

Canto is a robust asset management platform. It helps us organize and categorize our massive library of images, video, and other documents pertaining to our brand. The ability to search and create custom collections of assets to share with our partners and vendors is really valuable.

Myself and two colleagues all moved from one company to another. We liked working in Canto so much that we implemented it at our new company. So far, it's been very well received by everyone who's using it.
