I have several high end Cannondale bicycles including EVO road bike, Lefty MTB and slice TT bike. I give three stars as the price - performance of the frame/bike is very good. I tend to agree with other reviewers that they seem to care zero if problems occur. With my TT-bike the saddle post was from the start sliding down after ~30km riding making the bike useless. I tried various things like carbon paste, slightly tighter fixing than the recommended 4 Nm and so on. There was some success with these and especially with the advice from the dealer to push the saddle forward/backward hard and tighten again. Asking Cannondale if this problem is unique I never received an answer and I would even have considered to buy a new saddle post if that would fix the problem permanently. Asking them directly or over the dealer they seem not to give any answer. Very disappointing that they do not care and share even simple info.

Bought into the cannondale hype and got a Topstone 3. BB is soft and low quality, FSA chainset weak, Sora derailleur rubbish changes. Otherwise a solid bike. Change these out and enjoy.

Tengo dos bicicletas de Cannondale, Jekyll 4 del 2016 y Moterra Neo 3 de 2020, decir que en la eléctrica si que he tenido algunos problemas de montaje y el eje trasero, cojinete y núcleo, que no debería de haber tenido y que parecen ser recurrentes. Lo que mas me indigna, es la excesiva tardanza en los recambios, mas de un mes, en piezas que se deberían de tener en stock o bien de servirlas con mayor rapidez. No es de recibo, que una marca de prestigio se desacredite, haciéndote tener la bicicleta parada mas de un mes, por cualquier pieza que te tiene que traer Cannondale, de no se sabe donde, porque no es compatible con la industria auxiliar.

I am torn in writing this review because Cannondale customer service stepped up. Their phone number is mostly a miss . Where being able to reach someone may have been pivotal in the reasonable conclusion of my situation. Why the Cannondale.I decided to look for an ebike where throttle wasn't a huge criteria. What I chose was an "entry" level priced ebike from Cannondale. On "paper" (few bike blogs) this bike appeared to meet the need. With limited reviews, literally nothing on YouTube from influencers. Within the first week of owning the ebike , I found build quality issues. Being an ebike, one of the problems could lead to an unwanted fire. Perhaps this aided in a resolution other consumers didn't receive. The ebike was not going to be a primary bike. My use case required it to still be reliable, and safe,eg.not go up in flames, and burn my place down. The good, this Cannondale had a design that turned heads in a major urban center filled with ebikes,and non ebikes. The aesthetics were as expected from a company such as theirs. Cannondale quality, customer service process leaves me not wanting another bike from the brand Pon Holdings.

I used to own a CAAD 10. I had a bad crash where I flipped over a car bonnet and almost lost a finger. Can I blame the bike for this? Not really. The CAAD 10 is not a great bike with poor handling and a jerky jarring feel. You're likely to lose control of it and crash. It's just an opinion, this bike isn't safe.

Just bought my first bike from Cannondale, and I must say it is fantastic. I bought a trail 4 and it is perfect for what I need. The gears are awesome and the bike is very fast. For the price you won't beat this bike. The only problem is when I had a problem with what seems to be the bearings in the rear wheel, I was told it's not under guarantee. It seems only the frame has some sort of guarantee. Which is a shame as I really like the bike but now won't recommend it to others.
