What a crock of bs. i too ordered 2 doz jars and received 2 jars. 14.99 each.

This company is bs. Said it’s based out of Dallas and jars get shipped out of China. I ordered 12 cases of jars. 12 CASES. And received 12 jars for $200. I also paid for the 3-7 day shipping, which coming from China is 100% obsolete. This is absolute bs!

I ordered four cases, I thought of jars. Later I was suspicious that when they say "pack" they are not referring to a case, but a pack of a jar. I tried to contact them to cancel my order a few hours later. There is no phone number to call. The 8 emails we exchanged were boilerplate... Finally I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my refund. What a hassle. Their customer service does not really exist.

I concur with previous reviews this site is a SCAM!! Advertising as a USA product and I paid extra money to receive my order within 5-7 days! The advertising states buy by the pack = case lots of 12 jars each, I ordered 4 packs of one size and 2 packs of another size paying $101.01 total, over a month later received ONLY 6 jars individually packaged which is what they are claiming I “ordered”, totally false advertising and scam, not a USA product or business and charging a case lot price for one single jar, horrible!!

Scam Scam Scam!!! Website says [1 pack] buy 4 get two free...it is not for a pack but for one jar!!! Who would pay over 10 dollars for one Mason jar?? Says USA company but is shipped from China!! No contact info, filed a case with Paypal! Buyer beware!!!

If given the option to award ZERO stars I would! This company is predatory. They ambiguously describe their items to trick customers into paying $16 A PIECE for one lousy generic canning jar! Once your "Order" arrives and you question the obvious lack of canning jars they tell you your order doesn't qualify for return/refund because you didn't spend enough money on their sub par China jars. They produce in China, Ship to Los Angelos in order to claim they are an American company, then ship to your home/business. An entire process that takes over a month when they claim 7-10 day shipping. If you want them to lie to you further and promise rush shipping they make you pay exponentially more for another disappointing experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This place is a scam. Ordered 4 CASES of pints & 4 cases.of quarts. Got 6 individual quarts & pints & lids. Paid $173. For them. I called my bank & filed a claim they refunded the money & they are investigating as well as PayPal. My next contact is my state attorney general. This company does business in several states.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company, do NOT use them!!! They told me 5 to 7 days..... Then it was 5 to 15..... Then it was 20 to 25 and I never recieved my order from them, they also are NOT a US based company as they say they are!!! The stuff comes from China 👎👎 Please do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from them!!!
