SCAM One hour after I placed my order, I decided to cancel it. They dont have a phone number, only an email to which they responded " We are very sorry to hear that you want to cancel the order. Please understand that we are unable to cancel the order since your parcel has been sent out." LIE!!!! I received 2 plain cheap jars for $30.88 when I believed I was getting 4 MASON jars. After having to email back and forth 4 times, sending them pictures as they requested, I received this last night (at 2 am??) "According to your reply, we verified and found that the package we sent you is with a complete item of your order, What you ordered is 1PC(SAVE 80%), which is the parcel you received. In terms of our return policy, it's out of the compensatory range when the parcel is complete and in good condition. We're sorry and sincerely hope to get your understanding." What does this actually mean???!!!! Thank you PayPal for refunding my money!!

I bought a case, received one jar.Now the website is down.So basically I got screwed out of about 22 dollars.

AS of today the website has been shut down!!! Everyone needs to go to the BBB in Texas and file a complaint. They have had so many complaints the BBB has a statement listed about what they are doing. As far as getting your money back you need to take pictures of what you received and send to Paypal. Paypal has a buyer protection agreement if you receive an item that is drastically different from what you got. I took my jar to my local extension office and they said it is NOT a canning jar. Canninglid.com has changed the website. They no longer advertise jars in USA packing. You can still tell they are trying to sell 2 piece canning lids which they are not. I did get my money back through paypal. Also, canninglid.com advertises as a 30 day guarantee which they do NOT honor. If you look in the refund policy it says 14 days yet they have a logo of 30 days plastered all over the site. All of this has to be included both complaints to paypal and the BBB. Keep fighting it don't give up. We have to get this scam off the internet.

This is a huge scam. I ordered 6 case, 72 jars, I received SIX jars. They refuse to give my money back. Wish I seen reviews before I bought. Paid thru PayPal but they aren’t getting my money back either. Do not buy from these scammers @paypal

Canninglids is a bunch of thieves, i only wish I had read the reviews. Does anyone know how we can get any satisfaction?

Scam scam scam scam They are out of Hong Kong/China not the USA like the website says. I ordered 6 cases of jars and lids for $106 They sent me 6 individual jars! It should have been cases! They will not refund or correct order.

I placed in order from them and made my payment to pay pal on 9/29/2020 of $49.00. And here it is 10/22/2020 I keep tracking the number that I received no one has a number that represents that order. I woulden"t give either one a star

I wish I would have seen these reviews. I ordered 20 cases and received 1 case. The original website doesn't show up anymore but I have a screen shot of it. Total scam. I filed claim with PayPal for refund. Also going to file with state Attorney General. They need to be shut down. 197 for 12 jars is wrong. No one would pay that. Not what they advertised. I also paid extra for fast shipping which it wasn't and 4.00 for insurance. They keep saying items delivered and they won't answer my inquiry on 29 missing cases
