Healing from within
Michael came into my life at a time when my mental health was at a real low point — I was anxious and letting myself be ruled by my anxiety. Years of talk therapy/CBT had provided little relief and I was worried things would never change. From my very first meeting with Michael, I felt a glimmer of hope. There was something about his presence, his calm confidence, his wisdom and compassion, that made me feel like change might actually be possible. After our first session, I experienced a tremendous shift - I was able to tap into my “inner guide”, my innate sense of wisdom and knowing, and begin to heal from within. The work Michael offers allows you to expand beyond the limited self - the negative self talk, the years of social conditioning, the person you “think” you are - into your truest self, someone that I didn’t even realize existed underneath the constant chatter of my anxiety. The word transformative is overused but it most accurately describes the work I’ve done with Michael. I am now a more calm and present partner, mom, human… I am just so grateful for Michael, his wisdom, and his ability to facilitate healing.
