Before, During, After
Prior to the appointment the patient forms were simple yet thorough. My appointment needed to be rescheduled and the doctors were timely and professional notifying me of the reason and the new time with the same doctor. During the appointment, the text reminder and link were very convenient. The doctor was concise and respectful of condition, treatment, and time. After the appointment the certificate was emailed promptly.
