Excellent service
Everything is very user friendly. You can set up your appointment online, they send you emails guiding you through the process, holding your hand and babystepping you through, you can not get lost, my grandmother can do this My practitioner was very personable asked if I had questions or concerns. The follow up email has a link to a YouTube video with step by step on how to access your card and a phone number to call if you have any issues. No one is getting lost in this process. By far the best experience I've had setting up any appointment and accessing my files after.
