The form was easy to fill out
The form was easy to fill out. Scheduling was also easy. There was some static in Telecommunication so, the doctor called instead. She was very pleasant.

Thanks even tho I forgot
I forgot my appointment but the doctor kept calling me back and when I finally answered (ugh!), he got me renewed right away. Appreciate the tenacity and the swiftness!

Great experience, very helpful staff, process was made very simple. Perhaps all medical practices could follow suit and make all healthcare easier to navigate and as hassle free as possible.
