Thank you for taking the time to bring this issue to our attention. The passcode to access the certificate is sent by the state. The state is aware of this error where the code occasionally does not work. Since the state is closed on the weekend, I have requested the doctor to re-issue the certificate, which will generate a new email with a new code. This new code should work without issue as this error is a rare occurrence. Please check your email for this new link and code to access your certificate/card. Nice and simple
All the instructions were simple and straightforward. The emails contained helpful videos which made understanding the process so much simpler. The provider I spoke with, Dr Mirshahi, was also informative and helpful.

Dr Mirshahi was quick! Super helpful as well she squeezed me in when my original doctor did not show for my appointment. The woman at the help desk was professional and great as well, she helped find me a doctor that could fit me in and was pleasant even though I had to call her a few times
