Incorrect Name on Certificate
The person that completed my registration with me today was in a hurry, and incorrectly entered my name on my registration. He entered my middle name for my last name so my registration is incorrect. I am very dissatisfied with this service as the attending person on your end seem to be rushed he had called early for the appointment and he did seem very distracted. The incorrect entry on my registration is an example of the distraction. Please have this corrected as soon as possible. I paid good money for this service this is my second renewal and I expect better service than this. Thank you very much for attending to this matter.

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. I have reached out to your provider to let them know. They will correct this issue as soon as possible. This is not typical for the provider you saw but I know that does not make it any less frustrating.
