Easy Step-by-Step Process
My initial appointment was 10/9/2023. Scheduling an online appointment is super easy, they remind you of each step along the way. The appointment was about 10 minutes, then they send you a certificate that lets you purchase medical cannabis at a dispensary. A year goes by and it is time to renew. They send you a reminder message a couple weeks before your certificate expires. The renewal process takes just a few minutes. Very easy and very professional.

Just an easy experience
Just an easy experience. The counselor reached out in advance to manage technical issues rather than waiting until the appt. time to confront the issue. Otherwise, our conversation was both concise and thorough.
