Superb customer service and sincere compassion.
Each provider I have encountered through CannabisMD TeleMed has been professional, kind, and have shared their humanity when asking my symptoms. Their sincerity in wanting to help their patients is self-evident. Using cannabis products for symptoms control has been lifechanging for me and the simplicity of using CannabisMD TeleMed has made the process simple, wallet-friendly, and an all around pleasant experience, especially considering my anxiety. Need tech knowledge
My experience was fine, however if you are not technologically savvy enough then it is slightly challenging and the instructions are a lot more important than what some might think.

Thank you for leaving this review and letting people know the importance of the instructions we send after the appointment. The new state portal that went live on Dec. 1, 2025 is more complicated than the previous one for people who are not tech savvy. This is the main reason why we manually download a patient's Digital Medical Cannabis Card and attach it to the email along with video instructions showing people how to register if they want. By attaching the Digital Card in the email patients do not have to register with the state to access their Digital Card and can instead go straight to the dispensary with the email from us with their Digital Card attached. If you had any difficulty with our current process or feel we could explain things different to better assist patients please call us directly at 804-893-5068 and we would love to hear your feedback.
