I felt like this was a pretty good assents method. It asked questions in different ways. I think they did that to see if you are paying attention which of course would be very important in any job.

This experience was useful. It reminded me that I need to finish things I start.

I gained some knowledge about myself. I also know that i have some areas that i need to work on.

This was a very open assessment that challenged me to think out of the box about how I am perceived vs how I may think of myself in a situation. The final read out was enlightening as well

The questions was relevant to the position and the qualification needed for the position. I also wasn’t selected for the position after the assessment and asked to submit a review just to make this company look good..when I thought I was going to get the job Not cool

Many of the questions were ambiguous and do not take into account personnal situations. One question asked if I put things back in their proper place and being married I can say with assurity that according to my wife, I never put anything back in it's proper place. Thus many questions could be skewed depending on the situation and setting.

The results were not exactly what I had expected, though still a learning experience. These views, tips and suggestion’s will be helpful tools that could assist me in helping others or situations in a workplace.

I believe that I do like to take charge. As Manager/Supervisor it was my position i did well. Im hoping in the future I can prove myself for advancement within the company. I do enjoy working with people in small and larger groups. But I believe It can be challenging at sometimes. But this questionnaire has put things in perspective for me.
