I feel that I answered each question honestly in the first assessment. There were a few answers I had to guess at on the second assessment.

I believe that this assessment procedure was interesting and original. It helped me to reflect and self-evaluate myself in order to give the best answers possible to see where I stand as a person, my strengths and weaknesses in order to work on my personal growth on a everyday basis whether if it's at home, work or anywhere else. For anyone applying whether they get hired or not, it will definitely help them self-evaluate on a personal level. As a form former recruiting manager I also see how beneficial this is in order to know what kind of individuals are applying with the potential of being hired, to know what kind of person you could be dealing with in order to seek the best ways to work and manage these prospects.

Generally, it was easily accessible and practical to deal with.I am happy that I got the opportunity to complete the assessments. I was happy to received a quick personalized report showing my top strength, development priority and motivation that propels my career and personal development. After reading my strength report, it offered me the reflection on what I need to do to improve my career. On the other hand the dual Spanish and English languages assessment were greatly designed and are applicable towards common daily interactions with others, for example; general customers, work team members/associates and administrators. The assessments revealed a balance dual languages: Spanish and English knowledge distributed across different items of the assessments. To conclude this feedback, the assessments were practical and constructive in nature, from personality type to applicable bilingual knowledge of Spanish and English languages, towards workforce success.
