I thought it was a decent assessment test but could have more straight forward ways of answering the questions.

Good test there were some questions that I felt ment the same thing just worded a little differently but other than that it was an interesting and kind of fun test

It was great doing all of the question and next time I just wish instead of 180 question it would more shorter but I didn’t minded it either way but it was very nice doing them

Your assessment tool is ultimately spot on !! I believe in the situations if you were honest in your answers and don’t try to overthink, Your final conclusion will be the truth. As we know, Generally people don’t love to hear about themselves or take much advice from others. I always find it helpful, constructive criticism never hurt anyone just their ego… lol … I also very helpful to the future employer. However, it certainly shouldn’t be the deciding factor on their employment.

I feel the questions were appropriate and informative. There are times when we all feel less than like our "normal" selves, so it is hard to quantify emotions into an understandable entire picture. Overall, the result did not surprise me. Thank you!

I found this assessment to have better questions, and it gave me more input where my strengths are. In many ways I always knew where my strengths were, but it's nice with a more solid confirmation.
