I ordered my candy on September 7th. After 10 days, it still hadn't shipped, so I started emailing and calling. At first, I was polite and gave it a little time. When I was ignored, I started sending emails and leaving messages every day. When that was ignored, I began threatening to call my bank. After many... assertive calls and messages, I finally received notice that my item shipped. The candy arrived on September 26th, almost three weeks after I ordered. It seems to be exactly what I ordered. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them, but I'm glad I acted like enough of a Karen not to lose $45.

I ordered some bulk jellybeans. Paid extra for expedited shipping. While the package did arrive on time I was absolutely stunned about how it was a packaged. When I pulled the packing tape, which was wrapped around the entire cardboard box, the box opened up completely and out spilled 10 pounds of jellybeans! I understand that packaging them in cardboard is normal because of the type of product they are however they should have been in a jelly belly box and then inside a shipping box. The way they were shipped is absolutely disgustingly unhygienic! What if the box had gotten wet? What about bugs and insects?. Never again!

I bought 4 different candies, one of which was sour gummy bears. They were covered with super sweet sugar only, no sourness. I tried about 4 various candies and they were all too sugary; I will be throwing away the rest of the 5-lb bag. What a waste. I wrote a bad review on their site and they won’t post it. Two stars because the rest of the candy was as expected, but I ordered mostly for the sour gummies. Very disappointing!
