I am extremely disappointed with how my Jordan Almonds order was packaged. The candy was placed directly into a cardboard box with absolutely no bag, sealed container, or other protective packaging to contain the candy. This is not an acceptable way to package a food product. I am very concerned about the condition and handling of the candy because of the inadequate packaging. I paid for a food product that I expected to arrive properly and hygienically packaged, and that is not what I received.

I received two packages that I never ordered. The charges were billed to two different credit cards. I don't know this company and have no reason to order candy.

Approx 30% of my delivery arrived heavily melted and banged up. I had paid $80+ for expedited 2-day shipping. I politely emailed support 3x with photos but never received any reply. Unfortunately I will not be back.

I made my order 11 days ago still not even a tracking number. Took my money and won't answer my emails, very bad customer service

CandyStore.com cannot be trusted. They never completed my order. They would not respond to my inquiries about my order. I tried to dispute my charge with AMEX. CandyStore provided AMEX with false information which AMEX unfortunately believed. I'm out over $115. I will never buy from this company gain and I suggest you look at other vendors before using this company.

Order placed June 26th. Almost a month later, no progress, no shipping information, no response to emails, messages, or via social media. They’re still sending out email advertising though, so thought I’d post this review to save other potential customers. I can only conclude they are a straight up scam.

Ordered one item on June 7, it’s now July 16, this company will not call you back or respond to emails. Poor Customer Service, would not do business with is company! They are awful to deal with overall.

I had placed an order for my business and when I immediately asked to cancel the order, nobody responded to any of my 20 emails. I received a shipment email several days later and also responded to that with my grievances. Again, no reply. The customer service number is not active. They should not be allowed to operate this way. Unacceptable.
