Signed my uncle up a few months ago and he loves it! My aunt and uncle have a special candy drawer for these treats in the dining room. When all the grandkids come over, they stand right by the cabinet waiting to taste the new flavors. It's been such a wonderful and needed treat for the family! Thank you SO much!!

I am so thrilled with my Candy Club Subscription. I had to contact customer service once and got a response within minutes! They replaced an order for me that was damaged right away. It wasn't their fault, heat got it. They take such pride in their service and candy quality you can 100% count on receiving yummy sweets. Their customer service is hands down best I've ever experienced. I LOVE CANDY CLUB! the new custom option is fantastic too! They truly want each and every customer to be 100% satisfied. I loved my first candy club box! I have to say that they definitely have me what I wanted; an equal mixture of sweet and sour candies! I have gotten 3 or 4 deliveries from Candy Club and the candy has been delicious. I did have one order come during our heat wave and it happen to melt the candy together, so I contacted Candy Club through Facebook and they delivered me a new order the next day. Awesome Candy, Amazing Customer Service, and I am just feeling the sweetness.

EDIT: The company responded very quickly and shipped me a new box with fresh, un-melted candy! The candy has great flavor and is packaged very cutely. I enjoyed each candy they selected for me and will be coming back for more soon! I originally had a one star review due to some melted candy, but the customer service and the quality of the new box I have received changed my mind.

Hello Bekah, We're so sorry to hear that! Each box should definitely have the protective layer included during the summer to help prevent this from happening. That said, prolonged exposure to an extreme heat environment, i.e. a couple of hours in a hot mailbox, may still cause an issue. I don't do many subscription services but this one is sweet perfection. Each month a box of unique, fresh, sweet confections to savor. I find the company to be reliable, professional and willing to assist its members if a problem arises. This company has the best and most fresh candy I have ever had in my 41 years on earth. Their packaging is second to none and the little "extras" in the box are awesome!! My husband was even suprised. He now takes the candy to work with him and shares it with his employees!!! Trust me when I say you have to give them a try, you will not regret it :)
