CANDY CLUBReviews of candyclub.com

I absolutely love this company and their candy! I love the fact that you get to choose your own candy and the quality it just amazing. It's hard for me to describe how fresh the candy is, but you can definitely tell a difference from the normal grocery store stuff. The flavors and colors are wonderful and I love the extra candies you get floating around the box they were great too. I love you candy club!

Love all the candy, especially the salt water taffy.

I've tried to cancel my subscription, no one answers e-mails and I'm about to call. They took more money than they were suppose to off my credit card, there were 2 separate transactions, and they cannot be trusted as a company. I'm going to check with my card company if I can just stop them from taking money from my card in the future.

I do wish there was a way to cancel subscription online, but for the most part it was a fun candy store. I loved being able to pick the candies at the end there. Also some of the candies were tossed because they were horrible. I know that you don't know what you're getting but there was some dissatisfaction with them.

I love Candy Club! I signed up for a monthly subscription and what I received was amazing! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. The candy is amazing. The box is cute. The "packing peanuts" you would normally get in packages are actually more pieces of candy. It's wonderful! I would totally recommend this!

Awesome experience. As a pleasant surprise, I was able to put my membership on hold for a couple months. Ashley was so helpful and kind while she worked to resolve my problem. Cheers to you Candy Club and your wonderful customer service. Thank you, thank you!

hi my name is Jennifer wells and i would love to order some candy from you how would i do that

BEST customer service ever!!!! I ordered a 6mo pre pay club for my son for his birthday. The first box arrived in a flash, but everything in it was wrong. We have allergies and it turns out they accidently sent all the wrong candies! We couldn't even try them. I called cust service and they were SO SWEET (not a pun...seriously!!) Not only were they nice to speak with and easy to understand {clearly I was speaking to a rep in the USA :) } but they quickly shipped out the correct box of literally the BEST TREATS we have EVER had the pleasure of eating for free, but also gave us extra candies for free as well!!! The candies have been perfect since then and there is a super nice person right on the other end of the phone if I have any questions or concerns whatsoever. We love to support companies that not only are in the good ol USA, but have excellent customer service as well. This is one of those wonderful kind of companies!! With the bonus of wonderful treats as well!! (try the Gummy filled Turtles!! So good they are out of stock right now!!! And don't get me started on those Cupcake Bites! WOA!!!! I think when you Google up the word 'yummy', you may see these!!!) Great job Candy Club!! Not to mention....who doesn't like get a box of yummy delivered to their door every month!
