Rare customer service
I ordered a nice Blanton’s single barrel that did not ship well. Brad Morley contacted me immediately and did exactly what you would want to see - provided exceptional customer service and remedy the situation. Things won’t go right all the time but how a company helps is those instances is important. Thanks Brad.
