"Canada" In The Name but Don't Ship Here This company is called Canada Vet Express yet they do not ship to Canada. How does that make any sense whatsoever ??? I contacted customer service about why my order would not go through and got the following reply: We do not ship our products to Canada due to certain limitation and logistics issue our products are returning back undelivered hence we have stopped shipping. Once this issue is resolved we restart shipping to Canada, we will update it on our website for shipping in Canada. To me this screams of red flags, false advertising, and fraudulent products being sold.

They definitely sell fraudulent merchandise. I bought 4 Seresto cat flea collars and all of them were fakes. I compared the tins that the collars were received from Canada Vet express, and it did not indicate that they were made in Germany. Instead, they referenced an address In South Africa. The collars didn't have any reflectors and the wrapping of them was clear, not with the Seresto logo and the collar ingredients. Do not purchase Seresto flea collars from these guys!

I purchased from them several times, the last time being June 2023. The product arrived after one month and came from England to Canada. The order I just tried to place was not accepted and amazingly they no longer accepted Pay Pal. When I questioned why they would not accept Pay Pal they all of a sudden said they do not ship to Canada. They are a FARCE. Charging in US Funds, shipping from Britain and now not even using Pay Pal or shipping to Canada. Totally an American/Chinese operation with no connection to Canada. I would assume Pay Pal caught them and cut them off. Just my opinion!

Same issue as most here ordered from them thinking they are canadian and my order never showed up. But the customer service wasnt bad for me like some said i was offered a discount after waiting for a month for nexgard for my dog and they gave me a full refund and even followed up to see if it arrived like 7 weeks after the fact. Not sure why it comes from the UK so its deceiving never ordering from them again

Almost 1 month after I order on this site which I thought was in canada come to find out its over seas. I received a letter from the border customs stating that this product is not allowed in Canada wow tried to email the company to get a refund this is ridiculous this site should not allow purchase from Canadian.

Became suspicious about this site when they required me to create a login with my personal contact info and then also wanted my direct credit card info to make payments instead of allowing me to submit payment through an intermediary such as PayPal. After cancelling my order I reached out to their support requesting them to delete my account with my personal contact info associated with it. They told me they deleted it. Checking back two weeks later and the account is still active with my personal contact info associated with it. They had lied to me about deleting my account.

Ordered from this company May 28, thinking it was Canadian, its not, neither is it express. My order was supposedly shipped from Britain June 2, today, July 12, I found it was not allowed by customs to be delivered. I would think they should know this. Hope others learn from this.

It's a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never got my order from May '23. I have a hard time connecting with them. If there's a rating of ZERO star, I would give it that! Don't give them the satisfaction of robbing you!
