The jacket I received was nothing like what it looked like online. The material was as thin as toilet paper and the logo looked like it had been ironed on and would life after a single wash. It’s 2018 and this company needs to figure out a better system of returning items. Customer service also took 5 business days to reply to my email. HIGHLY disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend Campus Classics.

I purchased quite a few items for my son for Christmas presents. (Went overboard, actually 😁) All of the clothing items were of a great quality and material. However, 2 of the button-up shirts were just too large. I was able to return the monogrammed shirts and receive the correct size very quickly. In fact, customer service was so helpful and Campus Classics was so quick, I received them before he went back to college from winter break. Thank You!!

I ordered a pair of lounge pants and a tie as Christmas gifts for my Sigma Chi son. They arrived on time and were just as described. I would definitely order from Campus Classics again.

About 10 days before before Christmas, I placed an order for about $200 in merchandise as a gift. I paid another $50 for expedited (overnight) shipping and handling to ensure a pre-Christmas delivery date. My order showed delivery scheduled several days prior to Christmas. When the order did not show up on time, I found I was unable to reach anyone at the company to find out the status of the order. It was only on the day after Christmas did I find out that the order had not even shipped.. Not only did Campus Classics not ship the merchandise, they never even gave me the courtesy of letting me know that the order would not ship, nor let me know that it would not be delivered. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund for letting them ruin an intended gift. I will at least give them 1 star credit for promptly refunding what was paid before I had to open a formal PayPal payment dispute. I would not order from them again.
