I ordered 3 sweatshirts
I ordered 3 sweatshirts, it took relatively long for it to be delivered. A second order of a single sweatshirt never arrived.

Almost all of our items are made to purchase at the time you place your order. This is why we have a production + ship time window not just a shipping window. We are sorry that our 7-10 business days production + ship time wasn't more clear at checkout. -Kyla

Received over priced sweatshirt with…
Received over priced sweatshirt with pen mark on one of the sewn on yellow Greek letters letters from their machine, NOT mine. Their solution was for me to pay $10 in shipping to return THEIR mistake or try to spot clean the letter. I opted for the $10 as I didn't want my sons Christmas gift to look like I bought it used. Worst customer service experience, it's your fault but I pay for your mistake.

Unfortunately, This is a small mark on the letter that may happened at the end of production as this item came off our machine. It looks like this item can be washed to get the mark out of the letter. This is why I feel this is not an item that has a major defect with it. We can exchange this item once you ship it back to us and there will be not charge to ship the new item back to you. Thank you for your patience with and for choosing Campus Classics. -Kyla
