The products are great
The products are great! Easy to order! Your delivery time is much longer than most of all the other stores I use!
Response from Campus ClassicsDec 8, 2020
Phyllis, we are sorry that delivery took longer than you had anticipated. We do make almost all of our items when an order is placed, so most of your items will be made to order at time of purchase. This can add to the delivery time. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying your items! - Jimmy M.

I really disliked that you advertised…
I really disliked that you advertised free shipping for a certain amount spent and sent me a discount code, but I could not use them both which completely negated my savings. Will not order from you again.

Hi Andrea, we are sorry you were unhappy with the way we are able to apply our coupon codes. We truly value feedback from our customers, and thank you for giving us your honest feedback so we able to continue to better the shopping experience.

You send a survey asking how you did, and I haven’t received anything yet. It’s been quite a few weeks.
