Their website still doesn't allow me to create an account after their tech support tried to fix it. They take 3x longer to ship than competitors. The product quality is awesome however and that's the ONLY reason I keep coming back.

On Monday March 1st, I ordered four items for my sons birthday on Friday March 5th. I paid $40 for expedited shipping. It is Tuesday March 9th and the package has yet to arrive. I ordered two items from ATO.org and they arrived on Thursday March 4th. My son went back to college on Sunday March 7th, without the four items I ordered from you, but with the items from ATO.org. He doesn't know about your products. I want to be reimbursed for the $40 in shipping. Thanks for your time, -Blair Neddenriep
