The price of what I am buying is awsome. Best deal around but here I am now a week after I ordered and I'm still being told my order is awaiting shipment.

My order arrived quickly and complete. The only problem I had was that my order confirmation and tracking number did not state that my order would come in two packages. I emailed and receive updated tracking info within an hour even though it was late at night. I rate this company as having great service.

Never heard of this company. But my first experience was definitely an A+

Chris bent over backwards to send my BA Copper Spur UL2 the same day i purchased it. He also upgraded the shipping to two day priority and did not charge me for it. By accident he sent a second tent and promptly sent me a return label and I sent it back to him. Communication and service was excellent. I will gladly buy from this company again. This is my kid of company. Not a big box operation and great attention to detail.

tried to order Hestra gloves which were shown as backordered. They were able to get order filled in short order, upgraded my shipping so the gloves would arrive on time for trip and gave me a discount for my trouble.
