Great customer service, very fast shipping to Czech Republic and also the quality of the fabrics (as far as I can say for Cordura 1000D and Nylon) is excellent.

My experience from beginning to end. Some of you may have given this experience a 4 star because there were some hiccups however the customer service is prime and they rectified my situation and went above and beyond for me. I ordered fabric and the website's inventory seemed to have not been updated yet and they were short 2 yards (which any other time I would've been okay with this but I needed them for a wedding) and the order went through even though the inventory was incorrect. This is a very common e-commerce experience ordering online. The team informed me extremely quickly and tried to rectify the situation. They worked with production in such a timely manner to have the fabric re-produced and shipped just in time for the seamstress! My other issue is that theres no conversion rate and the inability to change from USD to CAD but thats also a minor inconvenience. The people who handled my case were polite, accommodating an did a wonderful job getting the situation sorted quickly and efficiently.
