This is one awesome company. Everyone is totally polite and professional. They will answer all questions that you may have. I have been completely satisfied with all aspects of the process, from the ordering to the completion of my shipments. Thumbs Up & Shout Outs to all who works at Camino!!!

Placed an order for pickup online. Printed the receipt and went to the store w/cash to pick up. Was kept waiting for 15 minutes w/ no other customers in the store. Then finally was told the order would be more than that sowing on my receipt to cover taxes. Good thing I brought enough extra cash to cover that. Bad attitude and deceptive pricing. Have purchased here many times over the years with good results. Not this time.

Brian, We do apologize for the wait, but at times we are on the phone which can delay our in person service. As for the tax, we do have to charge tax on orders for less than $1500.00 and do apologize that it did not appear on the receipt when you placed the order. But we do have to follow the California Laws. We hope to continue to do business with you as this time seems to be an anomaly of what you have experienced from us.

Great company. Honest and knowledgeable and willing to help me understand anything I don’t know about the process. Friendly too.

Multiple orders over a substantial time period with this company resulted each and EVERY TIME ending with lack of followup, lack of customer care and service resulting in a total deterioration of integrity. I can not imagine NOT following up on orders that were delayed or purposely just not communicating when shipments were not on time. WHAT? Seriously, this isn't all as each time I requested to at least have a followup call/email so I can be available to receive package in our condo (signature needed) the staff when called acted dismissive. One specific male staffer actually lied when I brought up that I asked him to contact me on tracking and package followup and he never did. I told him that I detailed that call and wrote down it was his name. Again, no "biggy" for them as they are more than happy to take your order just forget that courtesy to do any real consistent followup. Wow! Good news is we found an awesome new company that immediately emails, sends tracking and never has any delays at all. Several orders went through smoothly. What a find!

We do apologize for the delays we experienced over the past two years. As product went on delay for many. We do our best to follow up, but our customers know that what they purchase will always be delivered. We thought being the amount of orders placed, meant that we were doing right by you. Glad that you were able to find a company that better suits your needs.

I am very happy with your service. There was a glitch when the initial trader failed to record my last purchase but Adriana fixed it. As far as I am concerned there is no other coin and precious metals company that I would consider. I credit Dr. Dave Janda with introducing me to your service.

I have been purchasing my physical gold and silver at Camino for past 12 years. Their pricing is very fair and they are extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to visiting every time I have a little extra cash.
