Both my husband and I are not super computer people, and not great communicaters... and very picky being artistic, middle aged and not desperate to make money. You get the picture. Just want to publish John Paul's book. Michelle and all the staff were incredibly patient, super kind, encouraging and helpful. All that while working with very challenging customers. We never could have acomplished such good results with independant publishing routes. Thank you!!!

Expected the whole thing to be stressful and it wasn't?? Editor was funny, the design team had actually read the book before we talked, the launch was low-key and I liked that. First time I've enjoyed being part of a professional process this much.

Cambridge Publishing House provided a 1-year, 5-phase marketing plan for my memoir. I am especially thankful to Edward Jones, the Lead consultant, and his assistant, Jason Morris, for their enthusiasm and timeliness in advancing the project. Also, I am thankful for their technical skills and for their openness to accepting and implementing any suggestions I have. It is still early days, but I am very hopeful that they will achieve their projections.

Michelle and Angelo are quick to respond with any needs/questions I have. Michelle has a lot of patience and flexibility for the adjustments to the artwork for the first stage of my children's book to make it perfect. I would suggest that the art team have a reference board so each of the team members can see what is working to keep up continuity and minimize any issues.
