Too often in the beginning, I would leave Messages & I would get called back the next day. Thought they would would call same day.

So far so good. GOT a long way to being financialy fit.

Cambridge works with you through the whole process and makes you feel comfortable with your situation.

I honestly give them a four out of five because they are great in actually getting you the lowest paying back prices on your bill. But its a bit hard because some things you have to do on your own. Keep track of the bill and that no higher interests happen and so you can keep your side of things organized /clean* you have to let them know about the changes in your actual bill.

Very helpful, enrolling in the program was easy, and you get assigned to a rep that is with you every step of the way if you should have questions. I finally feel like I'm on the right track to getting debt free!

I'm DeafBlind and prefer to communicate through email, when I get a message that I need to call it complicate things. That is my only complaint.
