Great plan to get out of credit card debt
DEBORAH
Cambridge is great and efficient. One bad thing is no one ever returns my calls when I need to speak to someone.
Eve
Customer service is good. Program set up was a little bumpy but I would still recommend...3 years to go.
SHANE
The set up process was painless and up till the time of signing up the rep was super responsive to my questions. First payment came out I sent a question via email and no response. I sent a second email and still no response. While I know my creditors are now getting contacted which eventually answered my own question it just was a bit weird
WALLACE
Cambridge credit counseling has been great. My debts are finally getting paid down and I never have to worry about missing a payment. My credit score has already improved in less than 6 months.
FRANCES
The company is good but the fees are a little high.
MARK
Lots of resources available to help change spending habits and start working on learning how to budget properly. I am not happy with the result, as I continue to show a past-due amount with one of my banks and I was led to believe that Cambridge would take care of this issue. Now, I have to figure out how to scrape yet even more money out of my fixed income in order to pay off this overdue amount. In a way, I feel as if I'm the one who is making all the effort here. But, live and learn.
