Great job on costumer device and keeping us informed on status of the accounts. Would liked to given you 5 stars, but would have liked a little more one on one conciliation, online forms for budgeting. Found Karen McCall “Financial Recovery” would be an interesting addition to your online library.

Great service, I was constantly kept up to date on the accounts. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they need to pay their software writer an extra couple bucks to make the final payoff come out even. Skip the need for the 2 or 3 dollar refund checks.

The cost of the services was too high compared to the benefit I received. And I am in debt and doing my best to get out of debt by using their services with a payment so high I have no money to live on hardly, and what do they do? They send me coupons and advertising encouraging me to spend money superfluously. Like telling someone they need to diet while offering you cake. Thanks a lot.
