I placed a large order on May 7,2026 and as of October 13, 2026 I have not received it. I filed a complaint with Shopify and received an email from Calmyr apologizing and saying it was a technical issue and I would receive my order as soon as possible. I still have not received my order and my request for a refund has gone unanswered. Do not waste your money on this company.

This was ordered as a birthday gift - several months before the date. It is now a month after the birthday & has not been delivered. In fact I do not believe that it has left their building. I have been in touch with customer service many times. They say the correct reassuring & understanding words but without any results. I have asked for a refund & have been told to be more patient. I have asked to speak with a manager without any results. Be warned!!

I ordered a terrarium on 6/9 and still have not received. I am getting the runaround from the company. First they send me a tracking number that is not valid. This was supposed to be a gift; so much for that. I cannot get a straight answer from them. I spent $178.19 and don't know if I am ever going to get this! Very disappointed customer!
