i still havent got the product i paid for on the 19.04.26 Where is it

I ordered 6 bottles back in January 2026 so I could try their product out for a long enough period of time to see if it would actually work for me. Then in mid February then sent me two more bottles of the gummies and charged my credit card $189.98. My original order for only 6 bottles was $239.00. They claimed that I had enrolled in an automatic refill program when I placed my original order. I was only in to the first bottle of my original 6 bottle order. I never signed up for any kind of automatic refill service, and why would they send me two more bottles when I already have 5 that I haven't used yet. When I called them about the unwanted order and new charge to my credit card. They said that they would cancel me out of their automatic refill system and would no longer ship me products I had not ordered. They gave me a choice on two bottles I not ordered. I could either pay $95.00 , and keep the 2 bottles I didn't want for which they said was a 50% discount. Question if their product is so wonderful why are they willing to sell it at a 50% discount just so it's not sent back to them. I chose instead to return the two bottles they sent me without my permission, and have them credit my credit card back for the $189.98. They advised me that they do not provide return shipping labels so I would have to pay the return shipping out of my own pocket. They emailed an RMA number which they said had to be printed on the return shipping label, and once they received my package back they would take the charge off of my credit card. I mailed the package back USPS Ground for $12.72 in the original package which I never opened with the RMA number clearly printed shipping label. This occurred on February 20th, 2026, and then on March 12th my credit card company notified me that Calm Nature CBD Gummies had created a new charge against my credit card for $189.98 saying I had not returned the product to them even though it had been about 3 weeks since the order was shipped. When I advised them that I had disputed the charge with my credit card company. They advised me that they would no longer assist me through their company email to process my refund. One word of caution for anyone considering doing business with this company which reek's of fraud. I read reviews from other customers that said they received additional products they had not ordered. And then were refused refunds. My advice find a different company that sells CBD Gummies because this company is a fraud trap if I have ever seen one. As a retired career law enforcement officer I 'm going to forward information to the federal trade commission and the US Attournies Office. Hope this review helps other buyers from falling into this company that is trying to defraud consumers.

If you order online, with Zen Vita Fuel you will be dooped. I ordered, according to the Ad 1 bottle, with 1 free as advertised. I was sent the 2 bottles, AND 2 additional bottles of oil. TOTAL: $189.98 when I thought I was buying a pain relief gummy for $47. plus tax/shipping. When I tried to get an explanation or refund, they hung up on me. Twice. DO NOT FALL FOR IT as I did. SCAM, 100%.
