Seems good, app was a little stubborn with inputting info.

Very simple sign up process and kick off was smooth too.

I was trying to cancel my trial subscription but was unable to and was charged for a longer subscription. After emailing and explaining the situation I was refunded the full amount. Didn’t expect it to go so easily. Thank you.

The up sell at the end let the experience down slightly as the option to not pay for the extras was very small compared to other text

I was motivated to sign up but I am an impatient person. Signup was pretty easy. That said - I completed some sort of quiz before redirecting to the sign up and I was not able to access any of the feedback from the quiz.

Overall good, didn’t like all the upselling at the end with the fine print to skip the offer…lost trust in the company some

I appreciated the anecdotes that connected me to the value of the product but I wished for more upfront pricing information to decide if this was a product that would fit in my budget. Ultimately, I decided it did. I am glad there is a program that addresses differing needs in tempering alcohol use.

Simple informative site. Clear process. A few ‘add ons’ during checkout but overall appears good value.
