It was easy and straight forward. I like the way the app is set up to be at my pace, not feel like I'm in a factory.

Easy to sign up and the app download was simple. Add on options came after the initial “discount” rather than being up front but you can skip them. Yet to engage with the actual app so nothing to add about that at this point

After using the app over a two week period, I came to realise that I require a different approach to change my attitude and behaviour around drinking. I can see that Calmio would be helpful for many people but unfortunately I am not one of them. When I expressed this to customer support, I was pleased to be heard and understood, and to receive a full refund. Many thanks to customer care specialist Teresa Daguia for her kind and prompt assistance in this matter.

It was pretty easy to click through the menu, but all the special offers were a bit irritating.

Purchase button came up quickly without my having to watch endless promos. Multiple options to purchase

I thought it was a good onboarding

It wasn't a shopping experience as much as a logical approach to an issue that I was dealing with.
