Really useful app

I have been using Calmio for about a month and a half now. I have been a heavy drinker for a very long time. I am also very functional, but i know alcohol has very negative effects on health, and it was really starting to weigh on me. I’ve tried a number of apps to cut back, and I’ve tried quitting cold turkey, but nothing has stuck. Calmio has made such a positive impact on me. I also started seeing the progress almost immediately. I went from drinking every night to having 3 alcohol-free nights a week. When I do drink, I often only have 1. I went from probably about 16 drinks a week to 6 this past week. And I've had numbers like that for a few weeks now. I feel so much more in control, and so much more hopeful. When I started I said I wanted to be able to take it or leave it, and I’m blown away that something I’ve struggled with for so long is so within my reach now. And most importantly, I understand why I was stuck, which means I have tools to get myself unstuck should it happen again. I don’t know that I’ve ever felt so strongly about the benefits of an app. Thank you, Calmio.
