I have just purchased so I am just diving into the program. I like what I've seen and read so far.

The sales approach is a bit aggressive, but I appreciate the discount that I ended up taking advantage of. I've only done one lesson so far, so I hesitate to give more feedback on the app and it's approach more broadly.

It was a bit overwhelming and kept wanting me to purchase other products. I didn’t care for that. I need a way to cancel my subscription at end of November. How do I do that

It was good to better understand me and my decisions. There is no shaming or feeling judged. It is a simple way to improve.

It would be helpful to be able to identify more than one factor that I want to improve by drinking less. It didn't seem like I could do that--I was only able to choose one answer for most of the questions

User experience was good, easy to get started and so far so good.

Easy and feels like I’ll stick with it. I would have liked the opportunity to choose more options instead of just one when staying what i wish to achieve on Calmio

This app is easy to use and keeps me focused on keeping track of my emotions/anxiety. Much more effective than other similar apps. I definitely recommend this for anyone who needs assistance keeping it together.
