It does the trick and takes the edge off. I drink one relax packet every night about 45 minutes before bed. It curbs any sort of racing thoughts or anxiousness as you're trying to end your day. I highly recommend this product!

I tried both flavors and they were just meh...Way to expensive for what you get and one package isn't even enough to make a full drink that tastes drinkable. Had to use two packages for a normal size drink and again, just ok...nothing I would buy again.

I am a sober man for 12 years. I was looking for something to take the edge off at the end of the day. I saw advertisements for this product so I decided to buy it at first I could not stand the taste, but I did feel the calming effect, now I have gotten used to the taste and I drink this product every day. I order four bags a month the feeling this product gives you is not the same as alcohol. It has a slight calming effect. It is just what I need to unwind at the end of the day or to be a little more social when I need to. I would recommend this product to anyone it’s just a matter of getting over the taste which happens overtime.

I really love my pineapple drink every evening. Sometimes I will have on during the day if I have anxiety or if I'm stressed. I love love the taste of both flavors. I like the way the owner keeps us up to date with nice emails yet he doesn't push at all. They give you plenty of opportunities for discounts. It's a great product and I'm very glad I have this product in my cabinet!!!
