I gave Ü Relax a try recently when I decided to cut down on my alcohol consumption. Both the pineapple and berry flavors are quite tasty when mixed with water, but I really love them mixed with juice! The pineapple Ü Relax with pineapple juice and the berry Ü Relax mixed with pomegranate juice. YUM! Ü Relax gives me a nice relaxing feeling each evening instead of a glass of wine. I no longer toss & turn all night. I am looking forward to giving the Ü Focus a try when my next month's order arrives.

Honestly, I really did not like it at all on taste. I would give it a zero just because it’s very bitter. It taste sort of like an orange rind or lemon rind that kind of bitterness. It smells so good. I was disappointed. I’m also very sensitive to bitter so if you are a person who likes a bitter flavor, you might really like this. Also three sips my mouth did get numb which they warn you about. I feel like this product would have worked. I just wish I liked it more. I’m giving it three stars because I do believe in the product I just unfortunately did not like it. I had the mixed berry.

After trying so many OTC products for my chronic insomnia, I gave U Sleep a try. I expected to be disappointed again, but it really works! For the first time in YEARS, I was able to sleep THROUGH THE NIGHT for 6 hours! I woke up feeling refreshed and not even sightly groggy. I have used it every night and it still works with great sleep every night. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night, I always go right back to sleep easily. The taste is great and you do is mix one packet in 6 ounces of water and expect a great nights sleep. I loved U Sleep so much I also trued U Relax to address any stress during the day. And as I hoped, it works great for taking the edge of daily stress. Phenomenal product that works!

Recently tried the U Relax tonic and loved it - I felt relaxed and felt like it was a great alternative to alcohol. Looking forward to trying their other products.

This product gives me what I was truly looking for when I drink alcohol - a sense of calm and feeling at ease - without feeling drunk or buzzed or hungover the next day. I notice when I drink Ü Relax consistently I get better sleep and I just have an overall better sense of well-being. I also like Ü Focus. I love coffee and caffeine, and I feel like the other ingredients in Ü Focus help direct the caffeine into productive behavior instead of unfocused behavior. The best way I can describe Ü Focus is I feel "locked in" after drinking it.

I really wanted to love this product. I tried three different nights and the results were the same. Numb tongue and that's it. No relaxing effect, no calming effect. The flavor was sweet and tart. Not the best but not the worst. Overall, definitely disappointing.

Didn't work for me. Bought 2 months' worth, used as directed. No buzz at all, no calming effect for me. Update 16JAN25: I see the response from the company and I will contact them for a refund.
