I purchased this to help me sleep better but I found I like it better in the morning. I've purchased the (2) flavors the taste is not bad but maybe some different flavors would be nice. I even gave some to my girlfriend. Then she passed the information along with her uncle.

What made my experience great? The ordering process is the best, once I received the product and tried it, It exceeded my expectations!! I love the mixed berry tonic and have tried the pineapple tonic which I really like as well, close second to the mixed berry!!

I have tried both flavors of the U Sleep and it's amazing. I did not double up, I do one every few nights, I have yet to try the U Relax, but I can't find the recipe page anywhere. I've tried the cherry berry U Sleep with a little cherry flavored SanPellegrine Chao cherry flavored water and I liked it a lot.
