Negative star if I could give. The shipment never arrived my place. It arrived to my home country but I was told This parcel had to be sent back. I paid extra for the shipment to be able to follow. I have tried many times during this time to ask for my money back or a New one. But all I want now is to get my money back. This customer service is not the best at all. I wish I had redd all these reviews before I actually spent a whole lot of money both on a koala that never arrived and a koala that might not would be taken into the country because of CE issues. I dont know actially what happened. But all I was told, the parcel will be sent in return. And I have not seen any messages that says, we will give you, your money back yet. I hope for their sake, they will. I will utdate if they manage to fix it. But my advise, is to stay away from this place. They promise you a lot more than you get. And I paid a hell lot of extra for the shipment and I though that would make it safe ans sound home and in good condition and that would get a good tracking, which I got a link for when They sent it, but the tracking did not work.? So why pai the extra money? And people here say it does not breath and had heart beats. This is what they say they are better that others who sell copyright objects. Obvious, they have a copyright object too. I also want to say, I have been waiting 4 weeeks and nothing has arrived. So they say they will ship it to you in less than a week is not true. Even though you pay many times extra the shipment. So calmara.... if You read this. I want a full refund and I do not trust you anymore because of how to have answered my emails. You should have given me the money back weeks ago....

DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH! If i could leave a negative star I would have. Extremely disappointed in this koala. Very cheaply made. No breathing and loud annoying sounds. I emailed about a refund and heard nothing back yet. The koala comes in a bag not a box as displayed on the website. The Koala is no where near the images displayed on the box. I will not be giving this to my kid as this is pure rubbish. Waited over a month for this when website says 3-5 days TOTAL RUBBISH***

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 of these as my children wanted them. But when they arrived they are so cheaply made. The noise of the heart beat and music is so loud and not relaxing as it states it should be. The tummy part is hard as you can feel the battery box in the back, which also looks cheap and the wires are all on show. I have emailed them for a refund and they are not getting back to me. Please don’t be drawn in by the advertisements (as I was) these are a total waste of money.

I had to email again and I finally heard back from someone called Anna and was asked to send pictures of my issues with the item. I responded back and now I’m getting email error responses telling me that my email wasn’t delivered because of spam and viruses. This is ridiculous. They state on their website that they have a 30 day satisfaction promise and will refund or substitute. Now it seems I can’t even reply to their email. I am very disappointed. Someone needs to get in touch with me please!

Please don’t fall for this. What they send you is a counterfeit item which is made of extremely cheap material. The koalas do not do everything advertised either. They just make creepy sounds. No breathing mechanism is in the soft toy like advertised either. I stupidly fell for all the fake reviews on their website and have now wasted my money and have an extremely upset daughter who wanted one of these koalas to help her settle and sleep. All these koalas will do is give you nightmares! The battery mechanism also looks unsafe to use! I wouldn’t even want to pay £1 for these fake plushies let alone £28! Avoid at all costs!! I think it’s disgusting how many companies get away with scamming hundreds of people like they do. In this day and age you cannot trust ANYONE!
