Received the ring, It is nothing like the website, not branded, just simple metal no name like the photos on the website show, magnets are not magnets just some sort of metal glued in, the packaging wasn't protective, no box, just a flimsy unbranded black drawstring bag in a bubble envelope, it had been crushed or something as the ring was squashed and oddly shaped. It scratched and i have asked for a full refund with no reply.

These items are not genuine! I ordered two gold coloured rings. When they arrived they were poor quality and magnets were glued in really badly (if they are actually magnets). Both rings tarnished and scratched within 2 weeks even with very light wear. When I contacted them they refused a refund and after weeks of me keep asking them to resolve they would only offer replacements. I reluctantly agreed but rings have never arrived and this was weeks ago. When chased they claim to have forgotten to order the replacements but if they ever turn up I fear the quality will be as bad as the first two. I've now made a claim through my bank for a refund. Do not fall for it!

This is definitely a scam, really annoyed I fell for it. The bracelet I received arrived in a bubble wrap bag with no other packaging, no product details, nothing. The bracelet looks nice initially,but the magnets are definitely not even magnets, just some sort of metal dots glued in really badly. Do not fall for this disgraceful company

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Ring are very big and can't be adjusted. I contacted customer service asking to return rings, completed online return request form....waited for 12 working days for their response only to find out that I am not entitled for the refund as items need to be unworn and in original packaging! Which my rings were!I Company based in CHINA! IT SAYS IT ALL!

Do not buy from this company. Customer service is beyond a joke. Received bundle order...ring and bracelet. Ring was ok but fell off my finger quite a lot. The main complaint was the bracelet which was razor sharp. The edges were so sharp my husband couldn't wear it. It has been about 2 months of emails, same forms filled out and nothing back from the company. So poor. Do not recommend. Faulty goods and lack of customer service.

Terrible quality, the magnets to not sit prominently as per the pictures on the website or ads. My order was delivered towards the end of April and by 30th May when I raised a complaint the gold ring had started loosing colour and is silver in places. The Instagram ad that convinced me to purchase offered a “money back guarantee”. I had a reply to my request to return almost immediately and was advised I’d hear back within 3-5 days. I chased on the 6th June and was advised that my issue was being “investigated” (Id included pics of the ring). When I questioned what was being investigated I received the following reply “Hi Jemma 🌼 Thank you again for your messages, and I’m truly sorry to hear about your disappointment — we completely understand how frustrating this must feel, especially when expectations haven’t been met 💛 After reviewing your case, we found that the items have been worn. As per our return policy, we’re only able to accept returns for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Warm regards, ***** I contacted them again to ask how does one trial a ring without wearing it, and about their “loose two stone in 3 months or your money back” guarantee - and I’ve had no reply. The “quality” ring hasn’t lasted one month. The advert is a false offer. The goods are not fit for purpose but the company doesn’t abide by UK consumer legislation. Buyer beware - cheap rubbish shipped from China with terrible customer service. Now I’ve read the numerous 1 star reviews which echo mine on TP. I wish I’d checked here instead of trusting their fake reviews on their website. How can they offer a money back satisfaction guarantee - but only if the ring isn’t worn? Make that make sense! Frustratingly I can’t attach a picture here! I’ve tried to comment and leave pictures to warn others on Insta and Facebook but they hide my connects and have blocked me from leaving a comment. Such liars. In response to their reply, my ring was used as instructed. And in one month the gold has rubbed off. The rings do not look like the pictures online. And you cannot trial a product without wearing it!

Avoid!. Item NEVER ARRIVED. After weeks of going back and forth with the so called customer service all they could say is item was delivered to address. When “PROOF” was sent to me the link wouldn’t work. According to delivery it was posted! Not Signed for, not my door, nothing. Offered a replacement to an alternative address but weirdly I only live at ONE ADDRESS!. My bank was alerted to the purchase as a SCAM & I should have listened. The alerts are for a reason definitely a SCAM purchase!. If an item is sent TRACKED it should be required to ask for signature or atleast a picture for delivery proof. Also the website states the company is based in UNITED STATE OF AMERICA- NEW YORK.!.. however the delivery details I was given was from CHINA!. Returns are to be sent to CHINA!. So a CHINESE COMPANY SCAMMING PEOPLE!!! Also ignore the nice response from them because they have totally ignored & stopped responding - just try to make them seem genuine but they are still a SCAM

My ring looks nothing like the website it’s far too thick. Customer service is just awful. They are refusing to give me a refund & won’t state why even though it says on their website if you aren’t satisfied they give you a refund. Well I’m not satisfied at all & yet it takes days to get a reply from them & now no refund. AVOID. Rings are just awful.
