The ring does contain built-in magnets – though you might not feel a noticeable pull, the effects are more subtle and work through pressure points and magnetic stimulation over time. We’ve recently improved the design to make the ring easier to adjust, but some people do find it a bit stiff at first. It helps to gently warm it up in your hands before adjusting it slowly from the base rather than forcing the open ends. Hi Faye, Thanks for your feedback. The current design has been updated for better comfort, which means certain elements like the engraving have been reduced or removed. The magnets are embedded during production, not glued, and do vary slightly in appearance. If the tracking says your parcel was delivered but you haven’t received it, it’s possible it was delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place. Sometimes local couriers mark it as delivered slightly early too. If your item was truly not received, this is something we absolutely take seriously. The older version of our ring did have visible magnet dots, and you’re right – that’s also what’s shown in some of the photos. However, we’ve recently updated the design to make it more comfortable for everyday wear, and the magnets are now built into the band instead.
