I love CallRail, I have tried a few others, but CallRail is the easiest to use and the best quality I have found. With soem others, there was a delay when I was transferring calls and this cost me business. When I use CallRail there is no delay when transferring calls. I also like the tracking, text response option, and playback features. Always happy to leave a review for a quality company and product. Thanks, Jim
